Chapter 15. Windows Accessories

Windows 7, as in previous versions, includes a collection of small applications you can use for various tasks. Although some familiar from Windows Vista (Calendar and Contacts) have now been replaced with optional Windows Live components (see Chapter 17, “Using Windows Live Essentials,” for details), others have been spiffed up with new features and new user interfaces. Whether you’re a longtime Windows user or a Windows newcomer, this chapter will be helpful in learning the new features of these tools.
