Table 7-5 represents a CRM Readiness Checklist based on the one my company uses in its assessment projects. It poses a number of important questions that will allow you to score your CRM readiness and make the necessary improvements so your project can hit the ground running. Notice that many of the considerations involve culture as well as existing infrastructure.
