Process Implementation

Creating a new process design or redesigning a process is a great achievement, but its difficulty and importance pales in comparison to the implementation of the process. Process implementation is the most crucial of the three stages of process management. Process implementation takes that piece of paper with the great ideas and makes it a tangible reality. Process implementation establishes the foundation for future management of the process. Even if you start with a terrible process design, a thorough and thoughtful implementation and the subsequent management it fosters can eventually fix it. Many processes, the good as well as the bad, never get the chance due to inadequate and insufficient process implementation.
