Making a Promise to Yourself
You may be wondering if you can maintain the commitment to your goals that you feel right now. You’ve probably experienced the disappointment of setbacks before and know how hard it feels to maintain motivation long after the mood in which you first made your commitment has gone. Why are things different for you now?
