What Is the Company’s Growth Recently? What Plans Does Management Have to Grow the Business?
As per the EPS calculation, which we calculated in a previous checklist item, Infosys had EPS growth rate of 24.84 percent and an owner earnings growth rate of 36.28 percent for the last 10 years.
Here is the announcement from Infosys in a third quarter earnings presentation,
Revenue quarter over quarter (QoQ) growth was 12.1 percent; year over year (YoY) growth was 24.4 percent.
Net profit after tax, QoQ growth was 16.7 percent; YoY growth was 13.2 percent.
EPS QoQ growth was 16.7 percent; YoY growth was 13.0 percent.
For net profit after tax, you can consider this to be approximately equivalent to owner income because depreciation and amortization can cancel out capital expenditure. This means that the owner earnings growth rate was 13.2 percent compared with 36.28 percent for the last 10 years (this is much less).
