Appendix A. KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS

As you become more familiar with the various Fireworks features, you should begin to use the keyboard shortcuts for the commands you use most often. For instance, rather than use the mouse to choose File >Export, it is much faster and easier to use the keyboard shortcut.

This appendix lists the shortcuts for Macromedia Standard set of Fireworks menu commands. These are the commands that ship as the default setting with Fireworks. As shown on pages 27–29, you can change these keyboard commands.

Most of these shortcuts are also displayed along with the command on the menus. So you do not have to use this list to find the shortcut for the commands you use the most.
