Chapter 10 Capturing Candid Moments My favorite technique for getting good images like the one shown in Figure 10-3 is to find a good vantage point that is a little out of the way and just let my lens roam from person to person around the crowd. I spend most of my time following the bride and groom, but if they wander out of view, I concentrate on family members or bridal party members. I watch each person who falls under my lens, waiting for any expressions or interesting hand gestures that might make the image stand out.
