9.25. Principle #24 – Display a List of Unique Factors

Your unique factors tell customers the benefits of investing in your work. If you do not explain what makes your work unique, then customers will use price to compare your work to your competitor’s work. Your work most likely already has many unique factors, so you may not need to invent or do anything new! All you have to do is consider what is unique about your work and make a list for your customers.

You may already be doing these things but, and this is very important, you may not be telling your customers that you are doing these things. Therefore, you are not using these things to generate sales.
