7.5. CONTINUING TO DISCOVER THE LEADER IN YOU

This chapter (and this book, overall) should have already helped you draw new insights into your journey and development as a leader. Perhaps you are redefining where and how you want to lead. You may decide right now that you are ready to take on a leadership role or advance into a larger one.
