This book is really well laid out. If you know nothing about Applescript, then this book is for you.
Its pretty much a Dummies Guide which starts out introducing you to the concept of what Applescript is and what it can be used for.
The examples are well structured, page by page you learn a little more, the examples progressively get more deeper until you have developed a script that is actually useful.
An accompanying CD wouldn't have gone astray.
