What’s Next?

In this chapter, you learned how to make your scripts friendlier to your users by sprinkling try blocks and on error handlers through them so they don’t fail abruptly with incomprehensible technical error messages supplied by the system. You also learned that this feature of AppleScript is not only for handling mistakes made by you or your users but also for implementing business logic as a designed-in feature of your scripts. In the next chapter, you’ll assemble everything you’ve learned up to this point and think about overall design of your scripts. That will bring Part I, Instant AppleScript, to a close.
