Enumeration Constants

In addition to possessing a special four-character code, many special folders also have an assigned enumeration constant, a simple word or phrase that can be used in place of the code. These constants are much easier to remember than the codes because they are descriptive—they’re often similar to the target item’s name. For example, the constant for the Folder Action Scripts directory is Folder Action scripts folder.
