In this chapter you learned how to debug your AppleScript Studio applications using the Xcode debugger. In doing so, you learned how to set breakpoints and control the execution of your AppleScript using the Step Over, Step Into, and Step Out commands. You learned how to check on variable values and to monitor the execution flow of your AppleScripts. In addition, you learned how to develop error-handling logic to allow your applications to recover from certain types of errors. You also learned how to add Tool Tips to your interface controls and to use the Help button to display help information in custom windows.
