22.3. URL Handling
If you only want unidirectional network communication, the URL loading system is very powerful. It provides a number of mechanisms for loading data from an Uniform Resource Locator (URL).
A URL is a uniform way of representing the location of some resource. The syntax is very simple; it is a protocol and an address separated by a colon (‘:’). The format of everything after this separator is defined by the specific protocol.
