For whatever crazy reason (or collection of reasons), the current edition of this text proved to be much harder to author than I anticipated. If it were not for the help and support from a good many people, I suspect that Pro C# 2010 and the .NET 4.0 Platform would not have been released until sometime after .NET 6.0 Beta 1.
