14.5. Obtaining and Running wxErlang

wxErlang is part of the standard distribution of Erlang/OTP, and contains information about getting started, either with the prebuilt Mac and Windows binaries or by building the system from source. The documentation of the wxErlang API in EDoc format is also in the distribution.^[34]

^[34] If you want to run wxErlang on Erlang releases prior to R13, it is available from the SourceForge website, http://wxerlang.sourceforge.net.

When running wxErlang, you need to run Erlang with symmetric multiprocessing enabled via the -smp flag.
