You want to bind properties on a destination object to properties not explicitly defined on a dynamic class.

Create a subclass of mx.utils.Proxy that implements the mx.events.IEventDispatcher interface and dispatch a propertyChange event within the setProperty() override of the flash_proxy namespace.
