Reading a Description

As a guideline, managers should try to limit the text in the description to an amount that will fit in the display. Additional information can be added to the notes area below. However, if text doesn’t fit in the display, members can pop up a text window that shows all the text by pointing at the description with the mouse, or they can click the Description link and click the scroll arrows (see Figure 23.3).
