Here are five telltale signs that you need to begin using a PMIS:

No standardized system for integrating project goals

Project schedule, cost, and quality objectives are individual silos. For example, financial information in Excel is not automatically recalculated anytime the project schedule is adjusted using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
