Use the following steps to create and add information to a custom resource list:

Click Site Actions?More Options.
In the Blank & Custom category, click Custom List and click More Options.
A new page will be displayed. Enter the following information:

Name: Project Resources
Description: List of project resources
Display this list on the Quick Launch? Yes
Click Create. The Project Resources page will be displayed.

Use the following steps to configure the columns for the Project Resources list:

On the Project Resources page, access the List Tools, List on the ribbon, then click the List Settings button near the right side of the ribbon.
