Overall, I quite like this book. It's thorough without being tedious. It covers a few areas of WPF that I'm not interested in, but that's perfectly fine. The areas that I am interested in, this book does a very good job of going into the details that I need to best understand how to use this technology. I'm still a little mystified by the proper design of types with dependency properties and routed events, but that's probably just me.
