This was my first management book I read after being promoted to a manager.
This book was very helpful to me at the stage as it give a sufficient overview about needed management skills and it summarize it in an efficient way.

This is a very well organized approach to looking at all the different challenges a quality leader will be faced with during their management career.

I would strongly recommend this book to any leaders that are looking to build a solid foundation, but unsure what it involves to be effective.
