I have been a Customer Service professional for over 20+ years. Both in High tech, Food manufacturing, and Retail. This book is a must read for anyone who strives to provide outstanding customer service or recognize ways to develop thier existing customer service skills. It is a Fast , practical guide with great observations and tips for success in Service. I added this book to my Teams Individual Development plans as a refresher guide to help remind them of the "Model" Behavior. Each time I review it , read it I am reminded of ways to improve or develop.
