Preface

Throughout my Telephone Doctor career, many of our articles have been reprinted and published in hundreds of newspapers, magazines, and corporate publications. Many of our articles went out to all of our clients and potential clients in our newsletters.

This book is a compilation of over 50 of what we feel (and actually saw) were our most popular and requested articles. It was difficult to decide which articles to put into this book, as any author will tell you; articles are like children, we like them all. And so it is with these.

We hear a lot of comments, letting us know how simple and common sense our articles are. That was my mission, to write for the masses so that anyone who picked up an article could say, “Hey, this is good old common sense information.” That’s what Telephone Doctor is all about—common sense. However, we always wonder, if it’s so common why isn’t everyone doing it. So common, but not common sense, I guess?
