Outstanding book. An excellent perspective on the use of social media and what business processes need to change to be benefit from such tools. This takes the discussion that was started in Wikinomics and moves it to a new level. A more realistic and business focused level and one that everyone should understand. I am going to be integrating this message into the courses I am teaching at NJIT in the School of Management.
Excellent material and the AGENDA business model is right on the money.
