John M. Coe is President and Founder of The Sales & Marketing Institute, a B2B consulting, training, and publishing firm specializing in the integration of direct and database marketing with field sales to produce greater sales and marketing productivity. John started at BF Goodrich Chemical as a Product Manager, and then joined the Quaker Oats Chemical Division as a Technical Sales Representative and rose to National Sales Manager in five years. Later, while at West Agro Chemical, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing and eventually was Vice President of Marketing at Samuel Bingham.
