“Stash sells high-end funky chic jewelry and accessories. I bought a really cool handmade pearl necklace with a sterling silver skull on it—and it wasn’t cheap. One day, I inexplicably lost it. While in the store, I lamented to the owner that it was gone, and she said she would see what she could do to order a new one and would let me know. Four months later—during which I figured she had completely forgotten about me—I got the call: A new necklace was waiting for me.
