Safari Books Online is a digital library providing on-demand subscription access to thousands of learning resources.
Part of improving the site every day was just continuing to add content. We blogged and we blogged and we twittered and we twittered. But we also wanted to find better products, either to continue to offer something new to our loyal customers, or to find something irresistible to our not-yet-customers.
The best way we knew to grow our product offerings was to continue to be on the lookout for new T-shirts or other bacon-themed content that stuck with our rule of not being a novelty. Unfortunately, not everything we wanted to sell, we could.
