People talk a lot about the end of Moore's Law, in that systems are getting wider but not necessarily faster. Do you agree?

James: Yeah. Moore's Law was all about gate count, and it's pretty easy to see how gate count has got a pretty good chance of growth in following Moore's Law for a lot of years. But how that translates to clock rate, it's almost been an accident that it's been able to be interpreted as clock rate for so long.
