This book is incomplete - it only has one chapter and information it contains is very weak to say the least. Not recommended at all.

This book is good for getting information on your current (or potential new) clients that you want to provide some more functionality, such as linking information from other application accounts they have (facebook, twitter, aol, etc.) or selling them products that people with similar backgrounds bought or finding out what sites they go to, among other things. Very interesting.
