Projects, by their very nature, are uncertain. Changes, conflicts and problems may occur at any time in the project life cycle. They are often hard to anticipate and therefore cause considerable stress to the project manager and team members. However, with proper planning, an understanding of the dynamics of change, open communications, and good teamwork, changes can be managed in a systematic and rational manner.
