Four Leadership Styles

Using the plotting system, we can describe almost every leadership style (refer to Figure 1). The four extremes of leaders you have known (depicted in the four corners of the grid) are as follows:

Autocrat (100, 0). Such managers solicit little or no information from their project teams and make managerial decisions solely by themselves.
