Based on the presentation and discussion of this leadership model with thousands of practicing managers, we would like to share with you some of our conclusions concerning project management and leadership style.

You are more autocratic than you think. In the eyes of your subordinates, you are probably closer to the autocrat on the graph than you are in your own eyes. Why? Because you are the boss, and they are the subordinates. No matter how easygoing, friendly, participative, and supportive you are, you are still the boss. There is almost always a perceived difference in leadership style by the supervisor and subordinates.
