Part Seven: In Summary

The journey is complete. A new discipline has been defined. In these two closing chapters, I look at implementation of the SDPM Strategy. That implementation is cast on the form of a continuous process improvement program. Both process maturity and practice maturity are the foundations on which the improvement program is based.
