Chapters 4 through 9 present a framework for planning and delivering requirements workshops. Each chapter represents an element of a workshop design framework that I call the six P's: purpose, participants, principles, products, place, and process.
Underlying this framework is a process that includes four high-level phases (plan, do, check, act), each with the stages shown in Figure II-1.
