8.3. Nightly Builds
The firmer a codeline is, the more likely it is that you'll be setting up a nighty build of the software in it. (Although we call it a nightly build , we mean any recurring, automated process that resynchronizes and rebuilds.) In this section we'll look at how a nightly build script can use Perforce to synchronize a workspace with a codeline, open and submit generated files, and label the codeline.
