If you’re using Premiere Elements in the United States, you can register for a free Basic Membership or opt for the Plus Membership (check www.photoshop.com for pricing). All members can back up images and movies on the site. Basic members are allocated 2 gigabytes (GB) of storage space, and Plus members have access to 20 GB of storage, or about four hours of DVD-quality video, with the option to purchase more online storage.
