Changing Transition Parameters

Dissolves are the simplest types of transitions. When you apply a transition with several parameters, such as a Page Peel or Cube Spin, you must modify the parameters in the Transition Editor. The more complex a transition is, the more parameters you can adjust.

After you’ve adjusted a transition to your liking, you can save it as a favorite transition and apply it to other edit points. As you work with complex transitions, you will find that most of them can play in real time; but some may have to be rendered, which you will do in the next exercise.
