Editing the Content of a Note
If you’ve ever used a word processing program (and I’m guessing you have) the editing tools in Evernote will be no surprise to you. You can click and insert new information, remove items you don’t need, copy and paste note content, and check the spelling of what you’ve added. It’s a breeze.
Correcting Note Text
The easiest editing changes happen when you just click and type—as in, click in the paragraph, press Backspace to delete that extra S, and you’re done.
1. Double-click the note you want to change. The note opens in its own window.
2. Click to position the cursor where you want to make the change or highlight the text you want to work with.
3. Make the changes you want to make by pressing Delete or typing new text.
