Beyond Basics

If you want to stand out from the crowd, write from the perspective of what’s in it for the applicant: What would make the qualified candidate apply for the position? Is there room to grow and learn? Are there incentives? With this approach, you’re selling the job, making it a desirable position. Take a look at the following two job listing examples. Example A is good, fairly traditional. Example B does a much better job selling the position.
