What happens if the social tide turns? Suddenly all that revenue, all those status updates and all those connections are worthless. Facebook will have lost its relevance in an ever changing world and will never get it back.
Will that happen? It might not. But the chances of it happening are a lot higher than Facebook not finding a way to make money. And where there is money there is opportunity to innovate.
