Understanding the Workflow for Setting Up Features with Modules
Now that you’ve explored the FAQ module, you’ve learned how to work with modules to add features to web pages, as well as how to customize a module’s behavior and appearance. This list outlines the basic workflow:
1. | When you create new features and configure modules, you must use the Admin Console. |
2. | Once the modules are set up, you can use both the Admin Console and Dreamweaver to insert the module tags to add the features to pages. |
3. | After the modules are inserted, publish the pages and test the basic functionality in a browser. |
4. | Finalize the way modules look and define the data that is displayed by updating the module layout files using Dreamweaver or the Admin Console. |
