Working with Cases

In this section, you’ll access the live site to submit a form with a workflow and see how the system creates cases and stores the data you enter in the fields.

1.	Switch to a browser that displays the live trial site.
2.	In the Our Company section of the footer, click the link to visit the Suggestion Box.
3.	The Suggestion Box page loads. Complete the form’s fields and click Submit (FIGURE 7.4). Figure 7.4. Enter placeholder text in the fields and submit the Suggestion Box form. [View full size image]
4.	Check your cell phone to see the SMS notification appear.
