Searching for Cases

As you’ve been following along with the instructions in this chapter, you created a customer case by submitting a form. Then, you logged in to the Admin Console immediately afterward and clicked the link in the Live Feed to access the case information and see the message that the visitor submitted on the site.

But consider that most business teams are not logged in to the Admin Console all day and a site can receive a great deal of traffic. The Live Feed links are displayed chronologically with the most recent activities listed at the top of the list. Over time, the list of items in the Live Feed is rotated and the older activities are no longer displayed.
