Event handling in Dojo

Doj&;o has very good event support. One of the most classic problems when managing events is the huge differences between everything else and Internet Explorer, leading to a lot of extraneous testing code which has been both hard to write and to maintain.

One&; of the best things with Dojo's event system is the normalized event object which gets passed on all normal browser events. A normalized event is an event object that looks the same regardless of which type of event it was or which browser it occurred in.
