This is a good book to get started with.
Basically, if you are new to flash (or somewhat new to flash), then this book will get you started. The lessons are easy and reasonably short. This book lacks all the bloated tech mumble some other book publisher tends to throw in their books which is a plus for people starting out.
Also, getting started (motivated) is one of the hardest things when it comes to learning, and this book does a good job of getting a person started (motivated)!
