Chapter 10. Planning Development > Syncing with Your Team

Syncing with Your Team

After the development planning phase is complete, the architect or lead developer should communicate all of the technical information to the project leads. This information is key in helping the project managers identify issues with the feature specification, project scope, and established milestones.

If your project requires technical documentation—such as a technical specification or architecture diagrams—this is a good time to deliver such documentation and share it with the team. Throughout the iterative development process (covered in Chapter 11), we will discuss how regular team syncs will help keep the communication lines open between design, development, QA, and the rest of the team.
