Reports

You can use the Reports feature (Tools menu) to create reports about your RoboHelp project. You can create reports for the Index, See Also keywords, Glossary, Unused Index Entries, Style Sheets, Broken Links, Table of Contents and more. You can print the reports, email them, copy them to the clipboard and save them as RTF or TXT files.

Student Activity: Generate a Report

1.	Load the Default Environment.
2.	Change the status of topics. on the Topic List pod, right-click the Special Benefits topic and choose Status > Complete from the shortcut menu on the Topic List pod, right-click the Leave Policy topic and select Status > Complete from the shortcut menu
3.	Change the Topic Properties Status for a topic. on the Topic List pod, right-click the Special Benefits topic and select Properties from the shortcut menu The Topic Properties appear. select the Status tab change the Status to Ready for Review select the first seven options from the To Do List area (put checks in each of the first seven boxes) change the Hours to 2 click OK
4.	Create a Project Status report. choose Tools > Reports > Project Status The Project Status report appears. You can print the report and even email it to a co-worker by clicking the buttons at the bottom of the report. [View full size image] click the Close button
