Order History

As discussed previously, all the orders that are shipped to the customers come under the Order History category. This report gives the Administrator and Manager the complete history of the order. It maintains the ordered date, dispatched date, and shipped date of an order to a customer. This is helpful data in many cases. One such case is that the site Administrator can find out the number of days taken to dispatch and ship an order to different places (as the customer address is also displayed here). This data is also a proof of the orders delivered to the customer. Let’s go ahead and create the OrderHistory.aspx.

This has a similar layout to the PendingOrders.aspx. Here the panel pnlMain holds a GridView control holding the information of Ordered Date, Dispatched Date, and Shipped Date of an Order to a customer. The details panel pnlDetails holds the OrderId, its status, and the order items.
