Summary

This hour kick-started the application development of the sample e-commerce application. It covered creating the basic infrastructure required, such as css files, developing master pages for use in all the other pages of the site, creating roles and users for the system by using the custom ASP.NET membership and role providers, registering customers in the site, and providing navigation to all the users in the system. In the next hour, we will concentrate on searching and shopping for the products.
